Discover Clackmannanshire

Tuesday 28 March was an opportunity to network with local businesses in Clackmannanshire the smallest county with the biggest name! Hosted by VisitScotland this was an opportunity to discover what Clackmannanshire has to offer and how we can constructively work together to drive more visitors to the area. Steven Campbell from #discoverclacks and www.discoverclackmannanshire reminded us of what the county has to offer and helped to launch the new website which I have linked to my website, and twitter handle.

Neil Robertson @travelwithakilt was captivating as he shared his experiences and demonstrated the power of The Blog. Neil was able to answer a number of questions including how to improve your google profile and making the most of social media he is on BBC radio Scotland 'Out for The weekend' one Friday a month look out to hear what he has to say when he is next on the radio on Friday 7 April between 14;00 and 16:00.

I also met Christopher Hunter from www.chauffeursservicesscotland.uk. Chris works out of Dollar and speaks fluent German we have arranged for Chris to work with us at the Allianz golf event 10-12 April at St Andrews with clients flying in form all over the world including Germany so hopefully he can put his German to good use.
